  • ✺ STEP ONE ✺

    LINK IT

    Size your Bracelet by grabbing your chain and wrapping it around you wrist until the chain overlaps.

    We recommend leaving about a tight finger of space between your chain and wrist for the perfect size.

    Now pinch the link that overlaps the opposite chain end and use your cutters to trim that link (Trim one side of the link at a time rather then cutting the entire link at once)

    This process is easiest with the help of an assistant.

  • ✺ STEP TWO ✺

    LOCK IT

    Next, take your pliers and grip the side of the jump ring with the locking mechanism. Take your fingers and grip the opposite side of the ring and gently twist this side away from you until there is a large enough opening for the chain to loop through.

    Still griping the ring with your pliers loop one end of the chain onto the ring. Then wrap the chain around your wrist and loop the other end of the chain onto the ring.

    Using your fingers grip the ring and gently push the opening side back towards you until it aligns with the hole / opening of the locking mechanism on the ring.

    Once aligned, take your pliers and place the ring vertically between the opening of the pliers and gently squeeze the pliers together until the one side of the ring is fully inserted into the tube.

    Next, insert only the top half of the locking ring between the pliers and gently pinch down the flap until it is completely flat into the ring.

  • Clean your jewelry at least 2 x weekly with Dawn dish soap, warm water and a soft toothbrush. Wash immediately following swimming, working out and contact with products such as perfumes and lotions to aid in the longevity of your jewelry.

  • All of our chains are 316L surgical grade Stainless Steel and 18k Gold PVD 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. This metal is great for permanent jewelry as it’s durable, water and tarnish resistant. All locking clasp come in .925 Sterling Silver

  • We utilize a unique .925 Sterling Silver locking clasp that securely fastens your chain without the need for welding. Once the link is locked, it cannot be reopened or relocked. For your safety, we choose a Sterling Silver locking clasp over Stainless Steel, as it serves as a break point for easy removal in emergency situations using scissors.

    To clean your clasp, simply mix Dawn dish soap with warm water. For a more thorough cleaning, a treated polishing cloth can also be used.

    While our chains are referred to as “Permanent,” they are designed to be worn continuously and do not feature a clasp for daily removal. Please note that although our Permanent Jewelry is durable, it is not indestructible.

  • Longevity is dependent on the wearer, their lifestyle and level of care for their jewelry.

    When purchasing Permanent Jewelry you should always consider your lifestyle, level of activity and any sensitivities to metals you may have.

    Fluctuations in your bodies natural PH balance can sometimes cause your body to react chemically with jewelry. This is completely harmless and may just require you to deep clean your jewelry and remove any sweat and build up from your chain.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • To remove your jewelry simply take a pair of scissors and cut the locking clasp. Cutting at the lock will allow you to preserve the length of your chain in the event you would like to add your bracelet back on with the purchase of a new locking clasp.

    Cutting the Stainless Steel chain will require you to use a wire cutter or the cutters that were included in your kit. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE SCISSORS TO REMOVE THE CHAIN. Doing so will damage your scissors and may cause injury.

  • Yes, replacement locking Clasp can be purchased in store for $15 each.

    Replacement chain will require a new kit purchase.

    All Permanent Jewelry kits are final sale. We do not offer complimentary replacements for lost or damaged jewelry.
