how to care for your jewlry

  • Our colorful enamel chains are perfect for seasonal wear! To care for them, we recommend using a gentle cleanser such as dawn soap and washing at least 2x weekly. It’s best to avoid harsh chemicals, products, moisturizers and perfumes.

  • Our .925 Sterling Silver Chains are a classic piece that shines nicely when properly cared for. It’s recommended you wash your sterling silver frequently with gentle cleansers / anti tarnish cleaners to prevent tarnishing and the build up of body oils and debris in between the links.

    Sterling Silver is prone to tarnishing when neglected or exposed to harsher elements. If you experience tarnishing, simply use a polishing cloth and skin safe tarnish remover to shine and restore your jewelry.

  • Our 14k Gold Filled chains are the perfect addition to your jewelry collection as its durable and perfect for everyday wear. It is made up of a thicker layer of Gold that surrounds a base metal thus making it tarnish resistant.

    We recommend cleaning your Gold Filled jewelry 2x weekly with a gentle cleanser such as dawn soap to remove body oils and build up in between the links.

    It’s best to avoid harsh products, chemicals, lotions and perfumes on/ or near the jewelry in order to prevent the break down of gold over time and tarnishing.

    We recommend cleaning your 14k Gold Jewelry with a gentle cleanser such as dawn soap 2x weekly and a polishing cloth.

FAQ’S

  • We require all guest to be at least 3 years old and able to sit through the service safely to receive Permanent Jewlery services.

    GUEST UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

    Will be required to have an adult at least 18 years old, present at time of service to complete our waiver forms.

  • Use a gentle cleanser such as Dawn soap to remove body oils and debris built up on the jewelry.

    It’s best to avoid any harsh chemicals, scrubs, perfumes and lotions directly on the jewelry.

    .925 Sterling Silver requires a little extra care and regular cleaning to avoid tarnishing. If your sterling silver chain experiences tarnishing, simply use a polishing cloth and/ or a skin safe jewelry cleaner to shine it back up again.

  • Your jewelry can easily be removed if needed at home using wire cutters or sheers.

    It’s recommended to cut at the Jump Ring (weld area) to avoid shortening the chain in the event you would like it rewelded in the future.

  • Yes! All of our chain options have been able to travel safely through security checkpoints including airports.

  • We do offer one complimentary reweld.

    If the jewelry is deemed unrepairable, a new chain will need to be purchased.

    *A small fee will apply to any additional rewelds needed.

  • Though our jewelry is meant to be lived in, it is not indestructible. How long your jewelry last will depend on multiple factors such as lifestyle, care, your body’s ph balance and activities you are involved in.

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our Permanent Jewelry including charms & connectors.

    We do not offer replacements on lost jewelry.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR JEWELRY HAS BEEN SIZED AND CUT.
